Job Description
Gingerich Well & Pump Service is growing and we are looking to hire a part-time HR Associate/Recruitment Manager. The person in this position will be responsible for researching, developing and implementing effective recruiting, pre-screening and interviewing. He/or she will also assist in selecting diverse, qualified and capable candidates to fill entry level to professional positions in our company.

Pay based on qualifications and experience.
Tasks

Develop, facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process.

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs for each department.

Leverage and post positions using various resources such as social media, schools, print media, trade organization and colleges, career and job fairs and other networking opportunities.

Screen applicants.

Perform in person, phone or video interviews.

Administer appropriate company assessment as necessary.

Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials with hiring managers.

Regular follow up with candidates and hiring managers on the process status.

Make recommendations on interviewing and selection process.

Perform reference and background checks.

Communicate employer benefits during screening or interview process, as necessary.

Completing timely reports on the employment activity as requested.

Maintain a very high level of integrity and trust to handle confidential employee and company information.

Assist the HR department with maintaining employee files and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.

Ability to be proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Ability to work flexible hours if needed.

Detail oriented and computer literate.
Hours/Days/Schedules

Approximately 20 hours per week
